About Us

Jim is our Lead Technician and "Boss Man" here at Integrity! His favorite thing about his job is the customers and completing jobs. In his spare time, Jim enjoys woodworking, mixing sound for bands, and camping. He enjoys the Star Wars franchise and his favorite song is "Come Children" by Christafari. If Jim could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, he would pick Jesus. To Jim, "INTEGRITY" means following through on what you say, honesty, and choosing a good reputation.

Michaela is Integrity’s wonderful Office Manager. If you have ever called our store, you have talked to Michaela. She handles our tech’s routes, parts, and day-to-day office life. Michaela loves the beach, going to the gym, and dancing. She loves and adores her two beautiful children and loves the work-life balance that Integrity provides her with. If Michaela could have dinner with any famous person, she would choose Kelly Clarkson. Michaela is such a bright light and we are very lucky to have her on our team.

Cesar is one of Integrity’s amazing service technicians. Cesar loves to vacation anywhere that has a beach and loves to play video games, watch movies, and relax in his spare time. Some of his favorite TV shows include “Breaking Bad” and “The Office”. If Cesar could have dinner with any famous person, dead or alive, he would choose Clive Barker. Cesar enjoys listening to his favorite song, “Yeah!” by Usher. Cesar’s favorite thing about his job is the challenge of finding the issues in appliances. To Cesar, “INTEGRITY” means doing the right thing even when the right thing is hard to do.

Dana is our Lead Installer at Integrity and is very interested in shooting sports, tying flies for fishing, and the L.A. Lakers basketball team. He is an avid fan of the John Wick franchise and in his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family. His favorite song is “American Pie” by Don McLean and if he could have dinner with any famous person, dead or alive, he said he would choose Ernest Hemingway. What Dana loves about his job is seeing the beautiful end product of his appliance installations. To Dana, “INTEGRITY” means providing both high-quality work and customer service.

Adam is the newest addition to the Integrity family and is part of our Appliance Installation team. He loves to visit the Smoky Mountains, play video games, and spend time with his family in his free time. Adam’s favorite sports team is the Georgia Bulldogs and his favorite movie is “Spiderman: No Way Home”. If he could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, Adam would dine with late actress, Betty White. He strongly believes in always making the best out of a bad situation, Adam loves learning new things in his job. To Adam, “INTEGRITY” means doing the right thing no matter what.

Maura is our social media and website sales manager. Maura thoroughly enjoys reading, her favorite TV shows, and anything craft related. Her favorite tv shows and movies include Stranger Things, Bridgerton, Me Before You and Little Women. If Maura could have dinner with any famous person, dead or alive, she would choose both, Actor Joseph Quinn, and Actress Florence Pugh. Her favorite song of all time is “American Pie” by Don McLean. Maura loves what she does as it allows her to be creative and work with awesome people, she wouldn’t trade her job for anything.
